NXPRM is a Barcelona-based hybrid live performance show pushing the limits of techno and Drum & Bass. Rooted in controllerism, analogue synthesis and real-time AI-generated visuals, every set is a fully synchronized audiovisual experience — no two performances identical.
Long Bio
NXPRM is a Barcelona-based hybrid live performance show at the intersection of techno, Drum & Bass, and audiovisual art.
What started as a groundbreaking setup built in the studio has evolved into a full live show, now performed on real stages and real sound systems.
At the heart of NXPRM is a seamless fusion of analogue and virtual synthesizers, MIDI controllerism, and immersive real-time visuals generated live through machine learning and OSC mapping. Nothing is pre-rendered. Every beat, every visual, every light shift is produced in the moment — driven by the performance itself.
The concept is built on five core technical pillars: Controllerism, Hybrid Live Set, Artificial Intelligence, AV Performance and Live Streaming. NXPRM also develops HazR — a browser-based platform that transforms any MIDI controller into a real-time visual performance tool.

- Controllerism — Custom MIDI controller layouts mapped to visual triggers for intuitive live performance
- Hybrid Live Set — Analogue and virtual synthesizers combined for a vast range of sounds sculpted live
- Artificial Intelligence — Neural networks trained on performance datasets to generate visuals in real time
- AV Performance — Multi-source video muxing synchronised to audio via Open Sound Control protocol
- Live Streaming — Multi-camera broadcast streamed simultaneously to all platforms
Technical Rider
- Minimum 2x stereo outputs (XLR) from the performance rig
- HDMI or DisplayPort output for AV projection
- Projector or large LED screen (minimum 3m wide recommended)
- Stable power supply — minimum 2x 16A sockets at the performance area
- Stage or table area: minimum 2m x 1m for hardware setup
